Speeding ticket help
PS, for traffic violations the Judge will almost always rule in favor of the Officer, it's the way the system works. The Officer's typically are paid to show up in court and defend the charge, he has better records about this stop than you do.
Here are the details from what you have posted here:
1) You were speeding, and you have no idea how fast you were going.
a) You have a previous speeding conviction on record.
2) You state that you believe the distance is somewhere around .1 miles, that's a broad range as .1 can start at 528', and end just before the odo rolls to .2 at about 1050'. In addition you don't know the exact spot where the radar picked you up.
3) You dispute that the distance, although not exact, is insufficient to achieve the speed the Radar indicated. The Radar that is calibrated, tested, and certified for accuracy to avoid claims from people that think they are not accurate.
4) Most online charts give the stock 2000 model S2k 0-60 time of 5.5 seconds, and 1/4 mile time of 14.2 seconds at about 96mph.
A constant speed of 60mph = 88 fps.
I'm not a Judge, or Attorney, although I have starred in a TV commercial. From my experience I would say your case is extremely weak. That's just my opinion, you have to choose your own direction on this.
The site I linked to before shows about 200+ feet to get to 66mph, still sounds too short to me though.

I got caught doing 63 in a 40 last year and got cited for wreckless driving which is a $500+ dollar ticket along with 4 points. Talked to the DA and got it knocked down to 11-14 over and I had to attend a defensive driving class. Final cost of the whole ordeal costed me $800 dollars after I went and bought my new Escort 9500i
It has paid for itself numerous times, I highly recommend one for anybody driving a sports car of any kind.
