Use caution!
I do not know what our neighboring cities are facing, but here in South Oklahoma City and Moore the potholes are horrendous. I hit a few with the Xterra and it will give you quite a jolt. Imagine hitting one of those sinkholes with a low aspect ratio tire = purchasing a new rim(s) and/or tire(s). It is much worse at night where as they are darn near invisible especially where the construction is asphault. They seem to be more on the edges of the street but please use caution on the whole street.
On 4th street right before you get to sooner rd it is HORRIBLE! On base is just as bad though. I'm talking like as wide as my car...
It's amazing though... how the oklahoman roads get even worse. This state is a joke. "Lets build new buildings and hire all new cops and not care about anything else."
ok, I'll stop now.

Well at least they are making attempt up there... 4th street has always been really bad. I mean when I'm driving down the road and I see a wave in it from left to right, something is wrong. I have to go into the on coming lane to go around it.
i thiink one of the worst is eastern going out toward I-240 4th is bad past sunnylane going east 12th is bad darn near the hole thing and 27th is bad starting going east past halfway between eastern and sunnylane beware you will scrape the bottom even at stock height
Oh yeah. I haven't been over there in a while. I remember the part where you're going toward 4th and there is a big dip. It leaves a lake when it rains. They had a sign there for a LOOOOOONG time saying broken pavement.
I bet it took them just as long to get that sign and put it up as it would have to just redo that little bit of road.

I only have a one-mile commute to work and, within that one mile, you could just about set up an autocross course by dodging potholes instead of cones.
