I found the worst section of road ever by accident last night, and i wasn't happy. It was at 122nd and I-35 heading west on 122. It was dark and I was just driving home (not the way I usually go) and I hit the section at about 30mph and didnt see it cause I was looking off to the side, I damn near hit my head on the roof / convertable supports. The car was bouncing back and forth violently, several loud bangs when the wheels hit successive pot holes... Like I said, I wasn't happy to find it on accident.

There's a particularly nasty one in Tulsa when you are making a left onto south bound Memorial from 61st. I hit that one on my way home one evening... and it seems like anywhere on Harvard north of 61st was in a warzone.

But hey - we got a fancy all-glass building for our mayor and his buddies to work in. Wonder what the heating bill looks like ...

Nevermind, I lied about Tulsa's potholes. I hit one hard a few days ago, and today I realized the tire was low. I thought i picked up a nail or something so I took it in, and turns out the rim cracked and the tire is trashed since I drove on it while it was low.

Thank god it was on my daily and not an S2k rim.

It's not just potholes. There are a couple of spots on my way to work that have a little water running onto the road. No problem in summer but these mornings that means ice. The worst is a down slope towards a traffic light, right lane. Last week I saw one suv interacting with another. I reported it but nothing has happened yet, as of yesterday. Not sure if I found the right place to report the water leak.

You guys really think they care about fixing the roads that you report? I mean has anything ever happened from you reporting something?

They fixed a pothole I reported last year.. so yeah they do pay attention to them. At least in Tulsa.

I've reported potholes, unnecessary speed bumps, illegally parked vehicles, excessively tall grass, etc. via cityoftulsa.org with satisfactory results so far.

On 4th street right before you get to sooner rd it is HORRIBLE! On base is just as bad though. I'm talking like as wide as my car...

It's amazing though... how the oklahoman roads get even worse. This state is a joke. "Lets build new buildings and hire all new cops and not care about anything else."

ok, I'll stop now.
yeah, on base is bad too. all of the big grates and shit that go across the road. and the potholes are horrible on the west side of the base for sure.

Maybe I did find the right place for reports. I went past the spot on the way home and saw 3-4 constructions trucks one with a back-hoe setting up in the light snow...

Haha. The ice was worse than ever this morning. I got to try out the VSA (just a little). Maybe the tires helped too.
