I know where you could get a white 94 Miata cheap...
RWD=fun in the snow.
Car is a bit beat, but for the price and mileage....
New tires/tune~up
right around $2000
I also know where a mid 94 GSR Integra is...
Was red, it's been painted Silver. Looks fine overall, but the engine bay is still red, and there are other small areas you can tell. Door jambs are painted.
Comes with the radiator/fans, 2 half shafts, and shift linkage.
AC is intact still, but the people that pulled the engine out, kinda left it hanging, so not sure if a line is kinked or not. Compressor is still there.
All interior is there.
Clean title
Carbon Fiber Hood, 17" gun metal wheels, Altezzas (ick)
No motor
As is $1700
w/ a motor probably right at $3300

Pix? I'm not real thrilled about the idea of RWD in the snow... and it's not really snow I'm concerned with, it's the freezing rain we get here. I don't want to end up like the Mustang I saw trying to go uphill on a sheet of ice with its @$$ end sliding everywhere.
Now, this GSR sounds tempting, but I'm not looking for a fixer-upper. Need someshing that is ready to daily drive. Oh, and I would imagine that insurance on a GSR might be pretty steep, simply because they are targeted by thieves. No?
Oh how I long for another 92-93 Integra LS (or LS Special or GS).

... I dipped into my daily driver fund to get new rear tires for the S , so now I can only spend $4,000 or less.

Ins on the integra wouldn't be too bad, but yes at this point it does need fixing. As in the form of a motor!!!
Don't currently have pictures and I won't be able to get them for a week or so... going out of town this weekend.
If you are going w/ a 92-93 Integra, GSR is the one you want. The elusive B17 DOHC motor.

Hey Julie, that Eclipse I told you is 1-owner. She bought it new and put 126k on it now. It's an Auto (which I think is good for daily). She'll let it go for $4500 if you're still interested.
