2008 Stonehenge Drive Pictures

Great Pics Garret/Paul. I will work on trying to get mine posted up here in the next day or two.
It was a great day for a drive. I enjoyed meeting the new drivers and look forward to seeing them again!
Other than all the people on the Historic hwy (which only slowed me a little) the day was free of obstacles.
Here's hoping that bad weather is predicted for Astoria's trip, each time bad weather has been predicted this year, we have had perfect drive weather!

We dont need to...they keep doing it on their own anyway. Thunderstorms and 60% chance of rain after all!

Wow, y'all took some great pics!!! I'll try to get mine up soon.
What happen to everyone afterwards? I went to BJ's and only Karen & Mark were there!
As for the drive home, it was long and kind of boring, considering the excitement we had during the day. The Canadian contingent got split up during the Historic Road detour and so everyone went home separately.
Cheers!

The drive was alot of fun; even more than we expected. It was great meeting everyone and the weather was perfect - well, Charlotte got sunburnt. The total trip for us was 471 miles and 12.5 hours. $71 in gas and $30 for lunch. Can't beat that enjoyment/cost ratio.
Sry our pics aren't better - time for a new camera.
Deep in thought, contemplating a Mugen HT
Yeah, I think I'll take one

Nice pix everyone.
Really enjoyed the drive and company.
Drive back up was long but was well worth it.
Would be interested in another trip in the near future.
Ken from BC (silverstone with green tape)
ps. now that the tape is off, i don't have paint chips or have to clean off the bugs ewww. Too bad they don't sell the tape in black.

You know Ken, they DO make a clear bra.....you know..... one that you can't see! It protects the front of your car. And without the embarrassment of explaining it to the Customs people at the border!
We are glad you came down, though!

All in all, I burned though $120 of gas (27.5 gallons) and drove about 750 miles, but it was well worth it. The historic highway was great, we really need more roads like that up here in the Canadian Vancouver.
The trip back was a bit lonely after spending the whole day romping about the highways in the company of so many great drivers, we should have had a backup plan in case we got separated. In any case, I'm looking forward to the next cruise
I only had time to snap a few pics, here are some of the better ones:
