I am thinking about making a run out to Astoria on this nice day. Anyone want to make the run out to Astoria and grab some lunch? I am looking to leave about 10:30ish.

I will be taking one of the most enjoyable roads to get to the coast from here (202).

 

I would love to, but I am on kid duty. With a sick wife, I have to stay on top of the kids!

202 suffered alot this past winter - there are some areas with large pot holes, but as always, I enjoyed it.

 

Is that last picture a shot of longview from the oregon side as you are coming down that long @ss hill?

 

Yes it is - nice call - we went to the bottom, turned around and went back up to the pull off.
