Arrg I'd love to do it on the 6th since its closer to Washington but I'll be in Cali that weekend

thanks for all of your effort on this bill. you mentioned weather might be a factor... at my place i've got room for three maybe four installs going at once inside. so really, the only outside in the nasty weather time you'll spend is wating in line for your turn. but once we start your install you'll be inside, safe and dry.

Really you'd only need the car inside to remove and install the seats. If you can drive it without a seat (sit on a box?) then it only needs to be in the garage a few minutes. Then work on the seats in a separate space.
