hello to all bun-warmer folks....

i just got a note from dave and he suggests a little wider zip-tie for the seat bottom, and the smaller ones for the back (less pressure). so perhaps a handful of small and a handful of medium zippies will be just the ticket.

see you all at the install...

I'm planning to be around on the 21st for the install, still not sure if I'm ready to open my seats up, but I'd be glad to come lend a hand.

I can bring some zip ties as well

good choice Ira
Id keep the CR as unmolested as possible!
I'd get the chills seeing you open up the seats!

quick question.

If I have clazzio(?) seat covers, can I just install this in between the stock seats and the seat covers without removing the leather from the actual seat?

I really don't know that one. Anyone else have any input on that? I would think you might be able to get by with doing that. I'll know more after installing mine. You could also email the support link at heatedseatkits.com and ask them.

Just emailed them. If there's no damage to the OEM leather when the seat warmer is installed on the top, I may just go ahead and do that to save the pain of pulling the seat apart and putting it back together

I'll keep you guys updated on what they reply
