Default Can use your help

Hello Fellow members
I need a little non-s2k feedback/criticism/advice.
Last month I completed my first year in business for my self, as my small company continues to progress and grow I chose to put my self on the web. Weather your a homeowner business owner or just have some input for me it'll be very much appreciated. I just want feed back on my website. What do you think of the wording, photos, colors, design, setup/layout, pages, etc? It can be anything that you may have feedback on even if it's the overall site, the smallest things count. I have 90 days to make any changes that I make choose to fix/redo as part of the package I got with the web design company.

Once again I appreciate any feedback!
Thanks

-Tony

The website looks great, but to me the janitorial pictures could be higher quality/more professional.

Yeah once everything was loaded on I noticed that as well, I will look into seeing if I am able to have better pictures taken and loaded at a higher quality.

Just a couple of comments...

Normally when I look under a website's "contact us" tab, I expect to see full information about the company and how to contact them. The only "contact" on that page is to request a quote.

I think the "contact us" tab should include your address, phone number, e-mail address, business hours, etc.

Secondly, nowhere on the website does it tell a viewer where you are located and your area of service. It could be Butte, Montana or Tallahassee, Florida. Is this a Portland-Metro service? All of Oregon? Where? It feels very "generic" in that sense.

Third, it would help if you "personalized" the website with your photo (looking sincere and hard-working, of course). This is Tony reaching out to new customers..

Fourth, testimonials are important - get some up there from your satisfied customers, even if you have to go interview them in order to get the testimonial. The fact that there are no testimonials under that tab is a negative.

Are you locally owned and operated, or a franchisee? Are you bonded, insured and registered with the state? That is important for many potential clients.

Is your business "green"? That, too can be important.

Good luck!

Larry

Larry I was hoping you would give me some pointers on this, all your feedback made much sense to me and I can definatly see how those small things matter. All minds dont work the same and I appreciate your input. I am able to make some of those changes myself and but a few I will have the web peeps take care of
Great advice on trying to make it more personalized as well, something we were having an issue with.

thanks again Larry
