So as per Hiep being right on that Carver lunch day, it seems there is no way to get the CEL off when you have a drive by wire car. I will be getting my Test Pipe taken out in a little while. Hiep if you ever found out how to get the light off let me know.

Paul since your always down at forged anyway have John hook you up on how to get your CEl off. I believe it has nothing to do with wether your drive by wire or not...

Just pick up a plug fouler or two from any parts store and put them in between your TP and your o2 sensor, should do the trick. Also dont forget to reset your ECU when you do it or the CEL will stay on from before

Evan, John is the one who has been working on it. We have seriously tried everything. It just doesn't work.

you could put duck tape over it. we had a car come in like that once because the owner got tired of looking at the light.

did a bit of research ie looked in ***Official Test Pipe Thread*** and found that the TP cel problem seems to be hit or miss with 06+ models. It would seem the only fix for it is to place the sensor even further away from the TP than usual good luck, Im sure John can get it to work for you

Paul, I have used a non fouler plug on mine and my check engine light still comes on. Every now and then it will turn off but it will eventually come back on after driving it a 100 miles.
