Does anyone know if Honda made any changes to the door lock assemblies over the years? PN# 72111-S2A-A02 and 72151-S2A-A02

My drivers side door lock wont actuate unless I pull either inside or outside handle at least 50% of the way. It would be long winded to describe it well, but basically I've narrowed it down to the locking assembly since I took it off and found that it wont lock and unlock unless I apply pressure to the lever that connects to the door handle.

Problem is, Honda parts diagrams look the same for all years, but on the 2000-2003 models the diagrams skip the numbers for the assemblies (to purchase). Not sure why this is, Im guessing perhaps its more than 10 years old now and maybe they don't supply it. I went ahead though and ordered the one listed on the 2004 diagram considering the diagram is exactly the same.
