Default Which dual to get?

Hey everyone. I need some help deciding on what dual exhaust I should get that is not too loud. Most of you know that I am boosted and is running a custom 3" single all the way back. I need to do some other things also to pass smog and thought I should change up my exhaust at the same time. I currently have the megan muffler and it is LOUD! Especially when its warming up, it sounds like a rocket ship. I don't think my neighbors appreciate me very much either

I know a lot of people on here say duals restrict a little more than a single but that I am ok with. I'm thinking of just getting 2 mufflers and having a shop put them in. I'm looking for a discrete oval look that does not drone or is raspy. I personally like the apex ws oval design but was told they are very restrictive. I also like the asura design. Maybe 3" split into 2.5".

Thoughts anyone?

You could always get a muffler with a silencer, should quiet down alot and simply pull the silencers out when you want power again

Fuji sounds and looks good. The greddy spectrum elite too. I was unable to find them in just the mufflers.

Ok, so after spending time browing here and on the web/youtube/ebay, I've narrowed down my options.

1. Tananbe Medalion Hyper (universal)
2. Apexi WS (universal)
3. Fujitsubo (non-universal)
4. Greddy SE (non-universal)

I also looked in flowmaster and magnaflow mufflers because makers such as ultimate racing and asura use them. There was no testimony on them so I decided to pass them up - didn't want to put a system together without knowing what it sounded like.

These are all oval designs and should have a low to mild tone. Hopefully being boosted does not change the tone much?

I think from 3" (76.2mm) into 2.5" (63.5mm) should give me proper flow/pressure.

Personally, I like Greddy and Fujitsubo but I cannot find them in just the mufflers, a price or pipe size. They all need to be at least 2.5" or 63.5mm. I think 60mm would be too small and restrictive for my application. Thanks all, now I just need to make up my mind!
