So I purchased an 04 s2k from St. Johns Honda back in march. I got a reasonable deal - it has every option strakes, chin, spoiler, xm, etc.

I checked for all of the vin's before I bought it - they are all there. When I was waxing it for the second time last weekend I found what looks like bondo over a rear wheel on the quarter panel. Its looks to be original metal because it has the stickers and the oem spot welds are there. The only way I can tell is because I could see a few sand marks in the bondo through the paint - also the peel is not consistant. All of this is only if you look at it from 1 foot away.

Im not sure what I should do, if anything. It just pisses me off that they fed me a line of bs about it being the owners car yadda yadda he took care of it yadda yadda which it obviously was. I guess Im just furious that they lied and sold me a +20k car with a little filler in it.

 

yeh honda dealers........don't like them at all. Sometimes wish we had an Acura.

 

I guess it not all that bad - I only ever saw it with OCD car wax eyes.

 

if thats the only thing thats not bad at all. Now if it was off color etc

 

It's one of the more minor problems that you could've encountered but in all honestly it would most likely bother me too.
