Default Boot Spoiler. Real or Fake?

Afternoon!

I have a bootlid with a rear spoiler on from a imported MY99. Is there anyway to tell if the spoiler is OEM or aftermarket without removing it?
Did Honda bolt them on, or bond?

Thanks

If it looks good, why does it matter?

Not really a case of it mattering, its on a car im breaking and just wondered if there was a easy way to tell. I am a BMWChop Ebay special on mine and more than happy with its quality.

Boot lid sold without spoiler anyway, so its got to come off now. Will look for any honda markings on it.
Mate had a look and could not spot any "official" fixings on it, but seems the previous owner did "screw" it down as well as tape. (Unless the screws were a cost down by honda).

Did notice my boot not popping as much any more after fitting the spoiler. Where can you get the uprated springs from?

If it's a high level spoiler and OEM you will see S2000 stamped underneath it in huge letters.
