Fuel Economy
I was shocked too because i drive an integra gsr and i get 300 miles in a 13.2 gallon tank but i only fuel when the fuel light comes on and so everytime its a 11 to 11.5 gallon fuel up.
My honda s2000 get the same. I get 300 miles before my fuel light comes on and i fuel up 11 to 11.5 gallon fuel up.
I shift from 2.5-4k rpm on normal driving.

I was well on my way to getting about 29 MPG on our last drive, but we stopped for gas and as usual, I'm jinxed when it comes to getting gas in Oregon and of course, they left the cap loose and I think about a quarter of the tank spilled out while on Quartzville road.
Have I told you guys, I hate getting gas in Oregon? Every time I do I have problems.

I calculate my gas mileage per tank once in a while just to see, mostly on long trips to/from the drives, but that's it.
I've come close to 30mpg and that's plenty good for me considering the way I drive. I'm not about to relinquish the
in order to get 32mpg instead.

During heavy acceleration is the worst time to skip gears

But the warning gets carried to an extreme. There is nothing wrong with skipping gears at lower rpm and load.
I have the Mugen ECU so my milage is consistantly a bit lower than stock. I get 21 most of the time and 26 on our slower drives. 8 at the track and it was usually about 18 when buzzing around in heavy Dallas traffic.
