Gear
Supposedly the Americanized version of Top Gear is actually being produced (after years of talk?). And it's being filmed outside of Salem, Oregon. Maybe the Oregon S2kI group should get involved

Oh, it's going to totally suck! But I'm looking forward to seeing more cars driving fast on TV.
I often work with guys from all over Europe and Australia. They pretty much all agree the Australian Top Gear is crappy, too. But that's not really the point. For most people just getting to see the cars is worth the time. Same goes for Japan's 'Best Motoring'. The comparisons are never fair, nor properly conducted, and unless you are fluent in Japanese the commentary is completely lost, but somehow it's still fun to watch a group of street cars flying around a track. There's also a German car show that I've seen a few episodes of. It's set up similar to Top Gear, and include Sabine Schmidt as one of the drivers. She makes it pretty fun to watch, but it's still all about the cars. I actually like Fifth Gear quite a lot because the comparisons seem to be better conducted and the reviews are more legitimate.
