So I did some research on s2ki and many people said to order from a member name "gunshow"... is he reputable? Does anyone know him?

And many others said order from iigqconcepts.com? Is this place anygood? It is a pretty good price, 2000 with hardware...
Never heard of "gunshow", but I know "hardtopguy" used to be the go to guy for OEM hard tops as he was selling them for a few hundred cheaper than dealership, however, I'm not sure if he still does it.

The other website you mentioned I belief sells the C-wing tops, and if I remember correctly from a while back reading on s2ki that some people seem to have good luck with their tops, while others not so much, so it would be a gamble. I think that if you got the patience and time, you could make them fit just fine even if you got one from a bad batch.

If I were you, I would wait a bit, OEM hardtops always show up for sale when you're least expected. Last fall, I belief some one was selling a GPW OEM top with hardware for $2000 in Seattle. That was a hell of a deal.

See, I thought the same thing at first. But after you include all the hardware and shipping he comes out over the dealer cost. Or at least did in my case. With dealers you likely won't have to pay shipping because they get whole CARS shipped to them all the time, not to mention parts galore.

I calculated in the neighborhood of $3200 from Hardtop Guy and got mine for under $3000 bottom line. Honda's price on the website is $3,569.

Again, I did install it myself, which was probably a couple hundred bucks savings in itself. If anyone is considering purchasing a hardtop of any kind PLEASE let the group help you install it. It's super easy and will save you a considerable amount of money. At least enough money for you to buy us a case of beer and maybe a pizza or two

And if you can get one cheap enough it's totally worth it. Protect your softtop in the winter and have a more enjoyable car at the same time.

I dunno man. Might be worth calling a few dealerships. They're still listed on the Honda website.

I would not replace if I sold the OEM one I have - plus I am not a big fan of CF - it is ok, but not for me.

i know many have dealt with iigqconcepts.com and said he (lemar) was really helpful, in the two experiences i bought from him (shame on me i didnt learn the first time) both were very bad. the first top, when he said he had them at his shop ready to ship, i paid in full, and it took almost 6 weeks for me to receive it. second time, i needed to buy just the hardware from him, somehow my body shop guy managed to lose my rear window? so i purchased another one that he "had in hand" that also took 2 weeks.
