These are probably the same people who slow down to 5mph to watch someone on the side of the road with a flat tire. If your really interested in seeing it, pull over and lend a hand.

Those chips are going to require touchup paint to fix. We can do that at the detail day, but you will need to get some paint. I HIGHLY recommend official Honda paint for a better match either from a dealer or from HandA Accessories.
It wont be perfect, but we can fill them, then sand them down level and buff them out to blend.

Based on the picture, the hazing should be really easy to take care of with a light polish. Doing it by hand would give you a decent improvement, but the polisher should take out the rest and return you to a nice gloss and no one would be the wiser.

Maybe you could put wood/cement blocks in front of your car, so when this person backs up to park they will hit it and know to stop.

That sucks you have to put up with that crap.
