my experience was the same with les schwab, they once fixed a faulty tire for me 5-6 times that i hadnt even bought from them at no charge. each time, until finally they said they couldn't fix it and will sell me a new one at cost. the customer service experience is exceptional, and customer loyalty is respectable, but in my opinion they are left to what they do best, tires/alignments, for suspension i am sure they are capable but there is cheaper/better alternatives. i am sure it will turn out just fine if the pricier service isn't a deterrent

Schwabs is great for tires/customer service. They are not as good now as they used to be (now that Les is gone), but they leave a lot to be desired in other areas (i.e. brakes, shocks, etc). This coming from someone who uses the shops that are under more direct influence of the parent company (Prineville)

I got it in and installed it this morning. All went ok except that the bolt on the front driver side didn't match up and no matter how hard I tried I couldn't get it in right. I'm not happy with how the bolt is in there right now but theres nothing I can do about it unless I can get the thing on a lift. I went out and hit a lot of hard corners and its still good. No really sure how much its really helping because the car was so solid before.
