Default need little advice

Got a set of `18" Volk GT-7s to replace my AP2V2 wheels and I'm still at stock height and the right rear scrapes occastionally on the rear bumper near the mount location. What is weird is it does not rub on the driver side, so was looking at it and I have a good 2 finger gap on the driver side all the way around and seams to be about a half inch less on the pass side??? The car only has 28K what could cause the gap difference? any thoughts?

I've had the alignment done fairly recently, I do believe the pervious owner had it lowered so maybe what he replaced it with back to stock was worn out.

This is totally normal. Unless you have super cheep springs. Your car doesn't weigh the same on all four corners so the springs will compress and set slightly different left to right. Whats odd is that your gap that you have should be the other way around. Big gap should be on the passenger side and small gap should be driver side. Maybe the springs got put on opposite sides when it was put back to stock.

Agreed I want coil overs but I have three kids and still have to pay for the wheels and tires hopefully by the end of summer I can afford some.
