Talking New rubber is finally.....

I finally ordered my new tires yesterday. I am getting the Dunlop Direzza F1 Star Spec. I am going to keep with the original sizing right now and see how they work. They are being shipped in from Memphis, TN and should be here on Thu or Fri. I should be able to get them on in time for the Stonehenge trip .

Here is a pic of them:

But your running "racing slicks" right now, why would you want to change them?

Congtats, I am sure they will work great for you.

That is some nice looking rubber, Doug.

Did you get a full set or just rears? How much did they run?

That's what I kept telling myself on my original set of ES100s that came with the car when I got it after one summer of driving.

Got a full set. Cost me just over $700 installed, with all the perks (lifetime rotations , balance and free flat repair).

Where are you getting them installed at? Got to see those tires and the exhaust in action during the Stonehenge drive.

America's Tire in Tualatin. I just hope the get here in time for me to get them on for this weekend!

And yes Huy, the silencers will be coming out, but not until the very last minute, so I will be getting there early so I have plenty of time to pull them.
