It's up to Paul, he's the one who wants to "sit on butt" in the first place. I PM'd him and told him to pick a date and location, either my house or his. You'll need to check with him.

Amy, Garret and I talked a bit at the electronics install about having a "Dinner and a Movie" night. Amy's house works pretty well - you can see her huge-assed TV from the kitchen, there's plenty of room for cooking, and plenty of room for parking if this gets large. Anyone else interested in hosting is more than welcome - we're good at trashing up anyone's house

We're thinking a somewhat familiar movie like Star Wars, Indiana Jones, Crouching Tiger, Princess Bride ... Basically something we know we'll enjoy watching and don't have to be focused on the movie the whole time. Mostly we'll be cooking and eating while there is a movie in the background. We decided sitting in the dark with a bunch of weirdos isn't high on our list (ok I just made that up) (:

Also, we could keep the food simple. Pasta / sauce / bread / wine, or some such. Or we could get fancy and theme the food to the movie. Star Wars - live worms and blue milk. See? Fun!

We didn't talk dates, so barring Amy's schedule how does the 10th or 23rd sound to anyone who's interested in sort of watching a movie and sort of cooking dinner? Hostess, are those dates ok with you? I'll be over a couple hours before to help vacuum and prep the kitchen.

Saturday, Aug 23rd sounds great. You guys plan it and I'll donate the house and I'll be there.

And when I buy a new house I will keep all your requests in mind (Garage or shop must fit at least 4 cars, 2 lifts, any other requests?)
