I think you forget that most people who attain a license are in fact, retarded.

 

part of it is the drivers test out here places more importance on what to do if you see a horse near the road verse what is right of way - few people in Oregon understand what right of way is - or how to use blinkers. I guess they don't want to give away their plan.
