I'd suggest Cape Perpetua which is about 2 miles south of Yachats on 101. It's a very high bluff that you can drive up to (short drive) and the view from the top is awesome. Coastline for miles and miles North and South. And if you've got good vision you can even see Hawaii (kididing)

Or you can park at the bottom and hike up, it's an amazing little hike all the way up. I love that place, it's very cool. Then you can go to Yachats and have dinner at the Adobe Inn, and watch the waves crash in right in front of the windows.
