ive wrapped a couple roofs before but i think the shape of a mugen top would be a lot harder. a quality wrap job actually is pretty spendy, your almost better off just painting it.

Really, I thought wrapping a whole car is cheaper than getting it painted. I would be interested in finding a local place that did wrapping too.

I know of a places that does vehicle wraps. Some one that I play soccer with is a co-owner of the place. They are in the Sherwood area, off of Tualatin/Sherwood Road.

There is also another place that does vehicle signs/wraps. I talked to them about wrapping the S before the HC trip. They should be able to wrap the top. I know the owner of this one as well. She also made the T-shirst that the Oregon crew wore at HC. Her shop is in North Portland, off I-5 and Marine Drive, just North of Delta Park.

Thanks for the info.

I have a couple people working up quotes, PDXwraps is one of them....

I will give Anderson Signs a call too.

Once I get some quotes I'll report back.

Anyone else know of places that vinyl wrap?

this was something i had looked into myself for my whole car, and i inquired with some of the guys on the forum that had it done. one guy paid $2400 and another guy paid $3200 for carbon wrap. these were claimed as "hook ups" this is what i meant by your almost better off painting it. its obviously still cheaper then painting a whole car, but your starting to get up there.

Absolutely OUT! That sucks that they were rude!

Guess I will have to re-evaluate my usage of them in the future!

Got a ballpark estimate to wrap the S in one color for $2500. from PDXWrap. I think that is a lot cheaper than painting and you can change your mind later (but expensive change, no doubt).
