Default Wheel suggestions?

As some of you know, I wrecked my car recently and with it my discontinued Work wheels. Fortunately, my insurance will be covering everything on the car. I am left to find new wheels and tires. As for the rest of the car, the damage was not as bad as it looked. The frame rails were untouched. Mostly compromised was the suspension and front right assemblies. My car should be up and driving around again in no time and will be looking like new with all new OEM parts with exception to my coilovers and wheels. Yippee!!

Back to wheels, my first choice are RPF1's. Interested specs are 17x9 and 45mm offsets around, preferably in gold but that has been disco's so matte black is ok I guess, trying to avoid silver'ish. Second choice is WORK Emotion CR Kai 17x9 44mm offsets around in bronze or gun metal.

Any tire recommendations??? Potenza or Hankook v12?

All other suggestions welcomed!!!

Thanks!!!

Hankook RS3's and Dunlop StarSpecs are going to get a lot of votes

RPF1 in Gold discontinue? Call GT-motoring ask for Greg! best bang for the buck got mine 17x9+45 all around for $945 shipped and for tires? I personal like Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star-spec and will get them again next summer.

I can't find them in gold anywhere now. How much in the front did you have to modify to have it fit? Just rolled or pulled too? Thanks mike.

I love my Bridgestone RE760's - not as sticky as some of the other Summer rubber but a much higher tread rating so should last longer.

If you are driving it year round you might want to think about all season tires - especially considering the issue you had.

Hey Tommy, sorry to hear about your accident. I don't do Facebook or anything so I didn't get any details. Glad you are okay.

My wheels are actually CE28 and in 17x9.5 +35 with 245 star specs. It wasn't a difficult fit.

If you do rpf1 I suggest 17x9.5 +38

If you do the emotions I suggest 18x9.5 +35.

Both should be slightly easier fits than mine and I am running minimal camber. Both should provide you with concave faces and a square setup. If you need help rolling your fenders or setting up the wheels let me know. Good luck.
