With my 9"/255, +62 in front, I can hear it rub on weird bumps(rarely). I blame the weak front spring rates for this though. Maybe I'll inspect the rubbing on one of my days off this week.

I can almost guarantee that you are rubbing on the inside. Which can only be fixed by notching the frame or riding high + stiff.
