Default Need a Valve Adjustment

So it is about that time for me to do a valve adjustment and change my spark plugs. I was curious to know if anyone here knew how to do it, I had read DIYs, but I prefer to let experienced people do that kind of stuff (not very mech savvy and don't want to screw things up) and of course I would pay to get it done.

Thank you for all the replies guys!
For those that have posted shops, I need to get this done during the weekend. I work full time during weekdays (and I live in Ocala).
