Seat locks and alarm first.

Breaking a window is as easy as cutting a soft top. So put on a hard top with nothing else, and now you have an S2000 that's just as easy to break into PLUS it now has a part that's easier to remove and three times as expensive as the seats.

And guys, thieves have cars. It doesn't matter where you live or where the theft took place. They'll gladly drive to your house to steal your seats.
