I believe it will fit 2002-2006, possibly other models, not sure. I have a 2002. Hardware is included and its in mint condition - no scratches in paint, just one very small nick in the plastic surround - not noticeable!

Also included:
-Custom ceiling hoist setup (one person job to install it!)
-Honda shin etsu grease (needed to keep top from squeaking).
-I also have short shifter knob, and I'll include it if I can find my oem one, or if you want to swap yours for it!

Comes in original shipping box.

I'd like to get $2200 or so for it.

ps - I also have FIPK kit, but I dont really want to uninstall it before selling the car (short on time). If interested, let me know and offer price.
