Just got back.

It drove very nicely - It didn't feel too large in the corners, and it was very crisp. Steering seems pretty quick, but not knife edge like the s2000. One thing I was disappointed with was the power - It definately didn't feel like 298 HP. THe s2000 feels much much faster. There was a "REV" light staring at me in the face during the whole drive, but I did manage to get up to 6K rpm. One hell of an exhaust note though. Tranny was pretty smooth, clutch was very grabby, with pretty light pedal feel.

We sat down and played with a few numbers - right now the rates are pretty good (4.9%), but here's the ringer.....

They were only offering 26,000 for my s2000

Can you F***ing believe that??? A 2003 with 40,000 kms on it, 26 grand. That was a huge turnoff on the deal for me. I walked out of there pretty angry. I think this whole experience made me appreciate my car even more. Its a true sports car, and I don't think I'm ready for something like the G35C yet. I think I'm still in that boy racer stage, so I'd probably consider an STi next if I needed that back seat. Or perhaps if the Skyline GT-R rumours come true, but who knows.....

Yeah those tires are going to be tucked Gotta slam the ride yo'. Sets off neon glow kit and gets the spark plates closer to the street when the airbags are blown I'm all about the styling ride

I think I'll start with the minimum 1" drop, but don't know how much preload will translate to ride height. Forsee a lot of fiddling over the next few weeks.
