S2k stearing problems
Well, the pulling is probably not due to the accident, since it does it in a straight line.
What would be effected would be the handling, with uneven, "loose" or different left vs. right. It would be that something doesn't feel right with the car.
Guess it really depends on how much faith you have in repair shops on getting the important stuff right. Some people won't even touch any car with any accident. This car wasn't in a small fender bender, but it doesn't neccessarily means you got screwed. Some guys buy totalled cars for dedicated race cars, which would have to handle well!

dude.. sorry to hear
I would carfax it and buy a used car seller's information package at your MTO or local kiosk and check what it says there....
Also, I thought there was some kind of law stating that a rebuilt car has to be 'signed' off to the future owner stating that he/she knows its rebuilt.. might be worth looking into...

Do you know where the dealer got the car from and what was disclosed to the dealer when they got it?
That is the first thing I would try to find out.
Who took the photos you saw? Were they passed on to the dealer who you bought it from or did your seller take them and repair the car?
Fraud has probably been committeed, you have to find out who did it.

boarderkris, sorry to hear this is your car. I saw it minutes after the crash, and I'm really surprised this was repaired and gotten back into the used car market. Heads should roll over this for sure!

Did anyone take pics of the accident that day? I know I did not, I didn't think anyone had.
I saw the pics the dealer had, he showed them to me when I went to check it out, I remember the front fender crumpled and the front bumper and rear bumper broken.

As well, I do realize I need new tires (which was mentioned in one of the threads wing had linked me to)....which will be happening early in the season!
