Ah. temporary weight as opposed to permanent weight....

But what if I have a passenger? And I'd have to lose about 40 pounds (not a bad idea, actually) to get down to 175.

I follow the concept of being sure the alignment is done with weighted springs, though. In fact, I was assuming it would be done that way by a top-level shop.

Called Fordahl today and was quoted about $125. Maybe that $70-90 was optimistic, Jerry?

Dunno, I fork out in the $70-90 range twice a year there. Maybe they charge regular customers a different rate.
