yeah i know i did a search. what i came up with was omni ($119), fordahl motorsports ($125), and tru-line ($175). do you guys have any recommendations on other shops? i'm looking to just do the uk-spec alignment for those once in awhile auto-x.

 

Any of the three listed alignment shops can accomplish what you are asking for. Since Omni is the cheapest option right now, they would get my business. Plus there is a bar (Liquid Lime) across the street, so waiting for the work could be a pleasurable outing.

 

Before I figured out how to do my own alignments, I used Omni, Speedware, and Fordahl with good results. Omni was closer to my office, so they got my business most often.

My shop charges $79.95 and we have the newest machine out there. It aligns cars to .01 of a degree. So in other terms I can get your car perfect for track and/or daily driving. Hope that helps

Question, Truline let customer "testing" out their favorite setting, meaning within a period of time, they woud "dial in" the alignment to customer's liking. Will you provide such service??

Interstate Tire and Auto

I needed to get an alignment and made an appointment with Interstate. John did a great job. He owns and S2000, so that made me feel a lot better about bringing it to this place. I also had my 2 front tires flipped and added new rears. I brought in the UK alignment specs and John did a great job of setting the car up. I'm happy with the service. I dropped off the car for 1.5 hours. There are plenty of places to eat around there so I had no problems killing time.

There were no scratches on my rims after the tire swaps and the steering wheel was straight (a pet peeve of mine from previous alignments). He even put some tire shine on my tires. Overall, I'm happy with the service and the price was very good. Thanks John!
