Default Anything cool to do in Seattle?

I'll be out there next week, doing some Microsoft stuff, but wondering if you guys had any recommendations on what to do? I've been to Seattle once a few years back, but it was pretty much a cab ride from the airport, to downtown for lunch and back on the plane.

Any must see's?

The options are pretty limitless. What kind of things are you interested in? Alternately, we can post the usual tourist fare, but where's the fun in that?

Can you drive to Vancouver in an evening? Wondering about heading up there and making it back before midnight.

It's about 3 to 4 hours from Seattle to Vancouver, but the border crossing is the wildcard; that could be 15 minutes or an hour and a half. Be sure to bring your passport, or voter's registration card.

What kinda stuff are you interested in doing/seeing in Seattle? Will you have daytime to play, or only evening?

Ted

After 5pm on Tuesday through Thursday. I was wondering about going to a Sonics Game. I guess I'm a fan now after they got rid of Gary Payton. We have scalpers in Indy, so I was wondering if the law allows them there.

Probably head downtown one night, but we'll be staying in Belleview. I'd love to do something fun, forecast calls for rain.

There's a lot of casinos around, I haven't been to many of them other than the one on the Klallam reservation, but there's the Emerald Queen Casino and the Grand Central on Interurban Ave S. there's more, I just don't know them.

I don't think my S would fit in the overhead. Though my 1/18 would :-)

Actually I'd love to drive to portland, I love going to states/cities I've never been to before. Want to let me borrow yours?
