Default Apartment in PDX? Please help!

I am looking to move again soon, and while this may be a long-shot, I figured that it would not hurt to post here for any possible leads...this is what I am looking for in an apartment:

-Reasonably close to OHSU (near SW, but closer to downtown than Beaverton)
-Garage
-1 or 2 bedrooms
-Cat ok
-Around $750 give or take?

Do you all have any suggestions? My current place is getting even worse than usual, as the crackheads upstairs are always freaking out, the garage below my apartment houses an old Chevy with a 350 and flowmaster exhaust, and the village drunk tries to hit me up for a $20 spot every time I go outside...

Thanks in advance!
-Bryon

We are getting a new fridge shortly, the box should be a great home. Call me I can probably help you with your search; don't forget what I do for a living...
