Bier ist gut. Oktoberfest ist hier!
Well it's late September which means it's time for... Oktoberfest. (Yes, October is so awesome that Germans need to start it a month early.)
Fremont Oktoberfest is running Fri-Sun this week. I'm thinking of heading out on Saturday or Sunday (leaning towards Saturday, I find these things usually run out of beer on the last day.)
Entry for beer tasting is $20 for 5 tastes.
Weather this supposed to be great, 70ish all weekend.
Anyone else interested in going and meeting up early/mid-day? No lederhosen required.

I already bought a ticket when I was at Hales picking up a keg of Mongoose IPA

Pre sale tics are 15$ I'm going with my beer buddies on Friday night - if you arrive before 6 you get extra tokens!!!! Of course we are arriving before 6!!!

I'm going to be up in seattle Friday afternoon interviewing... I was all despondent that I couldn't make it Saturday... but Friday is bonus-cheap-beer day?

Where's the pre-sale?
My last interview just got bumped to 430pm, the chances of me getting back to Portland by 9pm for the show I was going to go to have gone from slim to none... so I think I might have to capitalize on that fact.
