Brake/Rotor recommendation?
I think it is time for me to change my brakes!
I was thinking of getting something that does not dust much, no noise, yet performs pretty well. Basically, I am planning on mostly driving around town, with MAYBE a couple of autocross/lapping days once in a blue moon!
Any input will be appreciated, especially you autocross/track guys!

Stick with stock rotors (or Centric Premium), and for less dust, go with the ap1 pads. Upgrade to a high temp fluid (e.g., Motul RBB600, ATE Super Blue/ATE Type 200) and maybe some ss brake lines if you're going to be in there changing the brake fluid (doing a gravity bleed).
I assume you don't really have any issues with the stock setup save for the dusting of the ap2 pads?
If you get into high performance driving of some sort on a course and become fast, then you can explore different pads at the time.

Agreed. Stock rotors and pads are more than up to the task. Hi temp brake fluids and you're good for street and auto-x/PGP. On a big track - go with a track specific pad and you're golden.

I personally haven't noticed any performance difference on the street with the ap1 pads.

Not saying it dosen't work but OEM fluid in mine now. Dont really feel that its neccessary unless the price is right. For sungs situation to make it basic and cheap keep fluids and lines and just theow on rotors and pads..maybe half an hour install with just rotors and pads.

ATE Super Blue is pretty cheap though.
