Default Brier cops...

So there is a street in Brier, Wa that has a 30MPH speed limit. I just got home from dropping my cousin off at his house in Brier when a cop pulled me over. I still have my temporary license thing on my front window, so I assumed he didn't see it and was pulling me over for that. When he came up and gave me his little speech about how it is illegal to drive around with no license plates, I told him that I just bought the car, and the dealer put mine temp license in my front window. He looked at it and then added that he had to go 45 to catch up to me. I ALWAYS use my cruise control through Brier (I have had a few tickets there for just going over by 2MPH) and told him that since my speedometer is digital, I knew exactly how fast I was going. He took my license and when he came back he said, "You should dial your cruise control back to 37 miles per hour when in Brier." (As if maybe I mistook a '4' for a '3'. Yeah right...) I then said, "Isn't the speed limit 30?" He was PISSED. Told me to have a good night under his breath and walked back to his car.

I totally understand being pulled over for no license plates. But then telling me I was going 15 over the speed limit because he had to go 45 to catch up is retarded. Of course you had to do 45 to catch up to me you idiot... If you went 30, wouldn't the distance between our cars stay the same?

Sorry for the rant, I have just had problems with the cops there over dumb things like my other cars being too low, opening my door while pulling out of a driveway, or even accelerating too fast, not even losing traction or whatever. Brier must be the place for all the bully cops.

Side note: My car is FINALLY broken in! VTEC kicking in is orgasmic

Nice, I almost bought that one but the drive to Burlington was more convenient for me. I bet you got a smoking deal on it. Congrats.

I'm not sure how preferring members of the same sex affects their ability to do their job.
