You can check out some of the tools at Longacre, Smartcamber, or maybe even talk to someone at Race Central to see what they carry.
It isn't too difficult, but does take a little while to get the hang of it. Every car is different too. I can do my CRX in about 15-20 minutes, and that would be for toe and camber. Caster is not adjustable on my car. In a typical race weekend, I will check the toe between most every session. Hitting one FIA curb wrong can knock it out.
