That is med gas type K, which is extremely thick and pure, the inside if the pipe is coated with a silicon to prevent deterioration.
As far as Electrolysis is concerned all my hose is high k dielectric silicon. It is extremely well insulated. Now that said I know net to nothing about DC power so perhaps I have overlooked something.
On a side note huge props to Draven and Hamm3rd... They came over after the meet Friday night to help drop the motor in... Verry Cccaaaaarrreefully

Junky, as far as the solid mounts goes.... We'll honestly I'm not a fan of them... 30 or so other people have used them so I'm sure they will work, I will build my own off the factory mounts. GgGRrrrRrrrr what a wast of $250. I really wanted to support Import Muscle being as they are so helpful to all the people that do this swap. Jason was answering questions from me before I even started
Ohh and just a heads up wait til you see my intake tonight

You should be OK with electrolysis if you're using coolant and never put tap water in. Regular water conducts some electricity due to all the various minerals in it, So even if the copper pipe is isolated by the rubber hose ends, the actual water in the system can serve as a conductor. Use coolant / distilled water.
Haven't updated I awhile, been pretty busy... I decided to upgrade my lifters in favor of some comp ultra-lite short travel hi-rpm. They still haven't arived
It also looks like I'm going to be stuck running a very heavy flywheel.... Anyways I changed a few little mounts, and had to set some angle in my radiator for fan clearance.

So I hate the idea of running valve cover, Covers. Sobade that template and will have a buddy water jet cut them out of aluminum
