Emission Laws in Washington State
I'm thinking of moving to Washington next year and was wondering if my car will pass inspection since I have an UR turbo kit on it. Any information will be appreciated.

if it is an 02 you donjt have to worry about emmisions for 5 years, so you got till 07....you can register your car in several differnt places by getting a PO box which does nto require emmisions...have no fear about passing, there are several ways around it. wanan take me for a ride to see if the turbo is worth it?
