Marcus,

Finally gave in and going down the blown path huh? I was just curious when you are planning to install it? I would love to be there and observe. I didn't do the install myself on my car and would like to learn how it is done. I have a new bracket from Comptech and still haven't replaced it yet cause I don't know how. Yes, Ray will be an excellent help!

I have no idea. Not a single person I know owns the Vortech kit. ...and that is a LOT of people.

It makes the same power, takes twice as long (est.) to install, and hasn't been out as long as the Comptech. A younger product is more likely to have bugs/problems.

All that aside, I suggest you buy RT's Comptech SC so he can install the Turbo he bought two months ago. He'll probably sell it to you for a reasonable price since its used.

The only person I knew that had the Vortech was spapdx and he recently sold it to finance the purchase of an Yamaha R6

'cause it was dirt cheap and it was the only SC on the market.

Marcus, I don't forsee any reason you will need a new clutch.
