We did this last September. Its a lot more usefull if you are tinkering with the car, unless you just want to dyno for the "entertainment" value.

I might consider this just to get a baseline for where my car is, though I already have a decent idea and I'm not sure it's worth the money just to get a piece of paper that I'll lose before I get home...

If no one's going to set it up, then I'll volunteer and do it again.

I'm hoping we can get the same rates as when we first went there which was ~$60 for several basic runs. I believe the minimum was 5 back then as well.

So for now, those who wish to participate are:

Think of it as being kind of like a "treadmill test" for cars. It measures hp/torque etc...

I thought so. Same as with mororcycles. But it would be nice if the thread said that for those who wonder what is being discussed.

So why check if your car is stock? Are they not all the same?
