Guys, just a little story...I work at honda and today when I was bored, I was looking at my Hamp's oil filter (green color) and I suddenly realize one thing. It is simliar to the one we use on the Honda Insight. So I went into parts and ask for one to take a look.

I spent 10 mins using flash light... checking inside and out and found out they are 99% the same oil filter. the 1% is not sure haha

I will try to take pics tomorrow if I remember.

nono. haha... I just think that the Hamps one are selling like 10 bucks each. Honda insight one is a lot cheaper. around 5-6 bucks.

 

I thought the HAMP one was the same as the JDM Honda oil filter. Just rebadged and repriced.

I can get insight oil filter for employee discount. for how much, I have to go find out later. Again, im' 99% sure they are same oil filter.
