Ummmm...I think the point is that you can get a brand new HT from a dealer for that price, so why would anybody buy your used one?

You might as well say, "I don't actually want to sell this, but I will if some idiot is going to pay me more than it's worth."

Okay well if you've read any of the previous posts upsfella purchased a brand new one for 3450. I'm selling mine for 3200 OR BEST OFFER meaning somewhere around that price range. I'm posting it to be only beneficial to those that own nfr's because they wouldn't have to repaint them. When I said I don't mind keeping it I meant if no one wants it but I'm willing to help out with someone that drives their s2 daily even during the winter time. Of course someone with an s2000 of a different color wouldn't think its a beneficial. If you knew what happened last year several people had their seats stolen during the winter time so in my opinion I think its an excellent investment. So if you want to save 250+ om offering my hardtop if you find a better deal good for you. I got mine brand new about 6 months ago and nothing has ever happened to it but if you wanna spend a few more hundred for a brand new one great.

OEM hardtop, if ordered new, includes all the attachment hardware and instructions. It takes roughly an afternoon to install it, if you are familiar with tools and doing work on your car. Having two people is helpful for part of the install -- the hardtop isn't all that heavy, but it is awkward.

It helps a bit to have the seats pulled out of the car when you do the work. That's also not difficult.

The hardtop is shipped in one big box. You will need to be there to help them get it off the truck -- it's not something the driver can offload all by himself unless you pay for them to send out a truck with a lift.
