well i went to speedware today to check out the whole operation and to have an alignment done. i talked with several of the mechanics and worked closely with the one aligning my car. i am very impressed with all of it. i am very happy with my alignment and i will definantly be back if i need something else done i can't or don't feel like doing myself. i've read all the complaints and problems but i feel that with this group of people working together that this may become a reputable automotive shop.

^^^ The alignment specs feel like a noticeable improvement? You check your tire pressure too?

I am not trying to come off with any sort of attitude. I'm simply backing the company I work for.

After reading the topic you posted (thank you), the only thing I can say is, that was in 2004. Most of the people who worked for the company then - are no longer here, for good reason!

As I stated before I apologize for the people who were not treated with the utmost respect or felt they were taken advantage of. I simply want to make things right, not start an arguement.

I have left direct phone numbers to all of the head people at Speedware, ANYONE is welcome to call and discuss any past situations.

Also, as I stated I was not involved in the situations, but I will handle them as they need to be.
Disclaimer: the following comment is neither a possitive or negative comment. Flame on guys/gals ... Just not on me.

I think it's only right that you back the company that you work for. I'm sure if you didn't, they wouldn't want you to work for them. It's important to do/say what we can in order to maintain the jobs that we work for. Regardless of the opinions formed, I always let my clients voice their concerns. Yes, it's natural to feel offended most of the time ... especially when it seems the finger is pointing at you. The key is, don't take it personal. Easier said than done I know. However, I try my best not to catch the "bug" when listening to complaints ... but I still listen.

This has nothing to do with the OP's topic! LOL

That was some good cheap entertainment.

I'll become a believer in Speedware when they send PedalFaster a big check to make up for the injustice he suffered a while back.

Personally I'm 50/50 with Speedware. Bought a helmet last year when I needed to upgrade to an SA. Good experience.

Alignment ~ 4 years ago - bad experience.

And anyone who thinks that just going to an aftermarket header is going to get an easy 10hp on a car that already puts out 120hp/liter is
