hmm.....the new header will be tested in a few days. This should work much better than the 1st prototype.

As a bong for these folks "pakalolo" maybe All 4 of you could take a hit at the same time. I hope its a 4-1 design though, dont need anyone competing for thier hit and getting short changed, tri Y might cause a conflict

Yeah, I guess we all play our parts. I know I enjoy your "right answer" antics Ray But someone has to be here to provide proper explanation on things since Jeff and Mike G aren't here and of course give you senior know it all's a hard time
I don't know much about header design. Actually, I don't know anything. Never bothered with it since it's of very little interest to me. So why would I pull some shit out of my ass and throw it on the internet?

For the record, what I do know of S2000 headers is that anyone claiming large across the board gains is almost certainly full of shit. The OE header's only glaring flaw is that it's a heavy piece. So, yeah, if you're big into the dickwaving thing, spending $800-1200 for a part to save 15 lbs and gain you a couple horsepower (maybe)... go right ahead.

Also, this thread sucks.
