summer of 2008 i got a speeding ticket in Grants county(moving infraction). and i requested deferral method and judge approved.
Earlier this year i got another speeding ticket in king county but reduced to tab violation(non moving infraction) and my lawyer requested non-moving infraction deferral method and judge approved and i have copy of this court docket.
couple of days ago i got a mail from Grants county court saying I need to go to court later this month for a hearing and it's due to i got another ticket earlier this year.

so my question is i got a NON-MOVING INFRACTION while in probation for MOVING INFRACTION DEFERRAL will it void it?

I recently had a terrible experience with John Eltringham, do NOT recommend using him.

Called me from the court on the date of appearance and said that he didnt have a good motion to dismiss and asked if I wanted to defer ticket instead wtf?! Then said would call me right back to let me know what happened, a month later and 5 tries on my part to contact him, no response. Worst lawyer experience Ive ever had.

John Eltringham = not recommened.

(on the flip side, Ive used Mitch Greene before and was very happy with his professionalism. Heard mixed reviews on Mucklestone though most are postive and only ever hear good things about Doug Silva)

 

Had a very bad experience with him as well.

Part of the reason I just had to pay a fine on a deferral. He didn't file the motions in time and I got focked.

The Audi group seems to love him but never again would I use that guy.

 

I had a really good experience with Heidi Hunt.
