I was in Vancouver, BC when it blew up in 1980. It was felt all the way up there. As far as I remember, ashes were falling in as far away places as Calgary, Alberta.

I just went outside looked at it, i didn't see any smoke. Oh btw, i read it on the news paper last night says it will blow anytime now.
